Don't forget that wrestling begins after school today. We will be running outside this week so make sure to bring hoodies & warm clothes in case of rain & cold. You will also need running shoes. We will meet in our new wrestling room which is the old band room (All purpose room). If you do not have a physical on file, you will need to bring a copy today or else you cannot participate. We practice until 5:00 so please make sure your parent knows to pick you up no later than 5:15. Please see Coach Groth if you have any questions. Go Lions!
