BMS is trying out a new system where students will receive an email notification if their parent drops something, like a lunch, off for them. The student is then responsible for getting the item from the entryway between class periods. So, if you are expecting your parent to drop something off for you, please be sure to check your email.
The Compass Club will be holding its first meeting of the school year TODAY after school. Please see Mr. Woody or Mr. Jump for information if you are still interested. Make sure to have arrangements for either a parent/guardian pickup or arrangements made to ride the Moreland bus home after the meeting.
The Girls Leadership Club will be meeting this Friday at 2:35 in the Fab Lab. There will be a guest speaker in your honor, so please email Mrs. C Roberts or Mrs. Corrado if you are unable to attend.

A friendly reminder from your Instructional Technology Coaches: students are not permitted to place stickers on their Chromebooks. So, if you want to rep your favorite skateboard company, you can put it on your clear headphone pocket or ask your parent to purchase a protective case for your device, which you can then put stickers on. Here are some suggestions:
- For 6th Grade Students:
- Any case that is compatible with an HP Chromebook X360 G1 EE and fits safely in our charging stations should be okay.
- Gumdrop Cases DropTech Protection for HP Chromebook x360 11 G1 EE - Gumdrop has a good reputation for making protective cases.
- MAX Cases Extreme HP Chromebook X360 G1 EE Shell 2 Case - MAX Cases is also a common protective case brand.
- This case appears to be made by HP.
- mCover Hard Shell Case - These cases may be less protective when a device is dropped, but often are a popular option.
- For 7th and 8th Grade Students:
- Any case that is compatible with an ASUS C202S or C202SA Chromebook and fits safely in our charging stations should be okay.
- Gumdrop Cases DT-ACBC202 DropTech Protection Case - Gumdrop has a good reputation for making protective cases.
- mCover iPearl Hard Shell Case for 11.6" ASUS Chromebook C202SA Series Laptop - These cases may be less protective when a device is dropped, but often are a popular option.
